Bavaria 38 Cruiser +''The prod bowsprit for the Bavaria 38 does not leave much room for the anchor when in place, and can clash with the Rocna roll-bar. The thinking is that you wouldn't have the anchor fitted whilst sailing with the prod in place, as it is regarded as an item more suited to racing sailing.'' — Norman Gee, International Marine Brokers Ltd (Bavaria agents), Auckland New Zealand  +, ''We extended the anchor roller, that is the stainless steel extension, which is designed to help the anchor self launch, and it keeps the tip away from the bow when launching and retrieving.'' — Norman Gee, International Marine Brokers Ltd (Bavaria agents), Auckland New Zealand  +

Compromis 888 +Rocna 10 The bow of the Compromis 888 is designed for plow type anchors like the CQR and will not accommodate the Rocna by default. But with a relative small adaptation of the bow roller I made, a perfect fit has been achieved. The roller has been moved approximately 45 millimetres (1.8”) in front and a bit lower than the original position. A small stainless steel plate protects the gel coat of the bow from accidental hits by the anchor point.  +

Dufour 35 +...some photos of our 15kg Rocna on the standard bow roller. Our boat is a 1973 Dufour 35 (10,67m) disp 6.3t. Not to be confused with Dufour 35 Classic which is a completely different boat! — Michael & Georgina Craig, Scotland  +

Elan 31 +''As already explained during our telephone conversation, while anchoring with strong wind and approximately 10 mt of water, this summer, while I was trying to recover the chain a wave crossed the boat. The anchor did not even move but the bow roller which I will have to substitute, yes .... (as can be seen in the photos).''  +
