Instructions – read carefully!

This is very easy; you just need to add some basic details and the list of photos in the edit area at the bottom of these notes. For each field, you just add the required text directly after the equals sign (=).

  • Manufacturer : This is for the manufacturer, yard, or brand, e.g. "Bavaria". You should not leave this empty.
  • Series / model : This is for the boat series or model, e.g. "Vision". If this term is used by the manufacturer, you should not leave it empty.
  • Size number : This is for the number which most manufacturers use to define the boats size, sometimes relating to its LOA, e.g. "40".
  • Designer : If the boat's designer (individual or company) is known, it can be added just for reference, e.g. "J & J Yacht Design".
  • LOA : Add the Length Over All in either meters or feet. You do not need to do both. If you do enter both, the imperial figure will be ignored.
  • Displacement : Add the boat's displacement in either tonnes or lbs. You do not need to do both. If you do enter both, the imperial figure will be ignored.
  • Rocna OEM : If this boat is known to be sold by the builder or an agent with a Rocna, the specific Rocna model can be added here. Just add the model # with no weight units, e.g. "25".
  • Comments : You can add any comments you like. Does the anchor fit the standard roller? What Rocna size is being used? You can use multiple lines and formatting just like any page.

Photos

You can add up to 30 images including the main one. It is easier to have uploaded these files first. You just add the file names with a pipe character for each (copy the examples below). E.g.:

|Bavaria-Vision-40 01.jpg
|Bavaria-Vision-40 02.jpg

Nb.: The FIRST image is used as the big photo on the page, so it should be the best photo, the one with the 'wow' factor – and ideally one which shows the entirety of the boat.
