Rocna bow compatibility
The Tayana 37 as factory standard cannot accept a Rocna anchor, as its rollers are small and placed directly on the bowsprit/platform assembly. This clashes with the roll-bar on the Rocna. Furthermore, there are serious issues with the whisker stays which generally make the factory design inadequate (for any anchor). The stays are located directly next to and below the roller, placed to foul any anchor deployed from the intended stowage position.
The photos shown on this page are of customized roller assemblies intended to solve these problems.

Can you contribute?
If you have (or can get) some more pictures of the same type of boat (or others!) with a Rocna, you can contribute to the Rocna Knowledge Base. Just send us some photos to help expand this page. Or, if you are a Rocna partner with an account, you can edit and contribute directly.
